On your next visit, please bring your state-issued MMJ Patient ID card and a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport/passport card, military ID. This should only take a few minutes and will make your future visits more efficient.

What should I bring to register to be an Ermont patient? On your first visit or if you need to renew your profile, please bring:
Your valid state-issued MMJ Patient ID card
A valid government-issued photo ID (Ex: driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport/passport card, military ID)
First-time visitors must complete a Patient Agreement Form to be admitted to the dispensary
We recommend that all new patients set up their Medical Use of Marijuana Virtual Gateway account prior to visiting the dispensary
