Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Program: Patient & Caregiver Resources

To better serve you, we are updating our systems.

We’re updating our POS system and introducing a new loyalty program to better serve your needs. To keep current and accurate profiles, we need to perform a fresh intake of patient and caregiver information.

Kindly note: Patients/ Caregivers must provide new profile information before making any future purchases.

On your next visit, please bring your state-issued MMJ Patient ID card and a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport/passport card, military ID. This should only take a few minutes and will make your future visits more efficient.

What should I bring to register to be an Ermont patient? On your first visit or if you need to renew your profile, please bring:

  • Your valid state-issued MMJ Patient ID card

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Ex: driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport/passport card, military ID)

  • First-time visitors must complete a Patient Agreement Form to be admitted to the dispensary

  • We recommend that all new patients set up their Medical Use of Marijuana Virtual Gateway account prior to visiting the dispensary
